Privacy Policy
This policy describes what personal data we handle when you use the esztergalambos.hu website (the "Website"), primarily through the contact form, and what rights you have in connection with it. Effective from: August 13, 2026.

Eszter Galambos (Aurora Films) respects the personal data of visitors to the Website and those who fill out the contact form, and is committed to protecting it. This policy has been drafted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR"), and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information ("Infotv.").

3. What data we handle, and why
Data submitted through the Website's contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and — should a collaboration follow — to prepare a quote and coordinate the project.

Form submissions are processed and forwarded by email through a third-party service, Web3Forms — it does not use this data for its own purposes. Filling out the form is voluntary; required fields must be completed for the message to be sent.
4. Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for processing is your consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a), given when you submit the form. Consent can be withdrawn at any time without justification; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
5. Retention period
Data submitted through an inquiry is retained for [X] years following the closure of the inquiry/project, or until you request its deletion, whichever comes first. If a collaboration is established, certain data may be retained for the period required by accounting and tax law (typically 8 years).
6. Who can access your data
Your data is only accessible to Eszter Galambos and the following contracted processors:
- Web3Forms — for technical processing of the form and email forwarding.
- Hosting provider — [e.g. Vercel Inc.] — for operating the Website.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or other business purposes.
7. Use of cookies
The Website uses cookies to ensure it functions correctly, and — with your consent — for statistics and marketing purposes. You can adjust your cookie preferences via the banner shown when you arrive, or at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
